Rotork Midland stainless steel hydraulic valves for offshore

Rotork Midland manufactures stainless steel hydraulic valves for the offshore oil and gas industry, and has extended its range of products to include wellhead chemical-injection and chemical-dosing applications for offshore well and pipeline installations.

The Midland-ACS valve range provides a simple, cost-effective and compact alternative solution to conventional actuated process valves.

Manufactured in 316L, super duplex stainless steel and also titanium, the valves are designed for on/off control of a variety of chemicals, such as MEG, corrosion inhibitors, hydrate inhibitors, scale inhibitors and coagulants, as well as sea water, fresh water and hot water.

Ex d, Ex e mb solenoid or hydraulic pilot operators enable the valves to operate at pressures up to 690 bar and CVs up to 4.1.

Metal-to-metal or metal-to-ceramic seats and a wide range of sealing elastomer materials are available to ensure a tight shut off and compatibility with operating fluids.

Exi proximity sensors can be fitted to provide remote open and closed valve position indication.
