The MultiSmart pump controller combines 'out-of-the-box' pump control with the flexibility of open protocols and high-speed communications. It provides ease of use plus advanced functionality for up to nine pumps and open interfaces.
The controller features an intuitive operator interface, three-phase supply, current and power monitoring, dedicated I/O for pump seal, thermal, PT100, insulation resistance test and open protocols with high-speed communications.
Features such as automatic pump cycling, maximum off-time functioning, prevention of odours during low activity periods, random duty starts to prevent fat build-up in wells and redundant level sensing were all included as a result of response to surveys during the development project.
MultiSmart is claimed to be a significant advance on the existing MT2PC and MonitorPro of which 10,000 units are installed in pump stations.
