The IBC is an intelligent batch controller for liquids with an 8-digit 14 mm character height LED display. All functions of the instrument are programmable from the front panel by touch buttons with tactile feedback. Variables are stored in EEPROM non-volatile memory.
The IBC has been designed to operate with turbine, positive displacement and paddlewheel flow sensors as well as proximity switches and can be configured in the field to batch up or down, volumes to 9,999,999.9 L with K factors from 0.100 to 999.999 with a number of display options during batching.
The instrument incorporates two output relays for single- or dual-stage valve operation, an open collector end of batch output signal, an open collector pulse-per-litre delivered output signal, current total and accumulated total. Front panel touch switches for batch stop, start and resume, which can also be controlled externally through opto-isolated inputs. This enables the instrument to be controlled remotely by PLC.
The IBC is designed and manufactured in Australia. It is supplied in a panel-mount enclosure with a facia that is fully watertight to IP65 and is resistant to most chemicals
