Wonderware to be bundled with Advantech HMIs
Advantech and Wonderware have announced they are collaborating to provide what they call ‘one-click’ factory automation computing. This will be done by Advantech’s industry computer-based HMI models, ranging from 10 to 17″ panels, being bundled with Wonderware.
“Just about any application that needs to control or display a process graphically for a user operator will benefit from the bundled offer," said Santo Gazzo, General Manager, Advantech Australia.
“Our industry has an insatiable appetite for more data, more features and more functionality. The cost effectiveness of this bundled solution will empower engineers to develop new applications or use it to replace and enhance existing operator interface terminal applications. The upshot being that you will pay considerably less, with more features thrown in," he said.
