ISOIL CS611 THERMAG control valve with integrated flowmeter
The CS611 THERMAG valve from ISOIL is a 2-way control valve with an integrated electromagnetic thermal energy meter. It is designed to provide reliable energy control, accurate energy calculation and billing in accordance with the EN1434 and MID directive 2014/32/EU.
The valve precisely measures and monitors energy consumption in heating and cooling systems, both in new and existing buildings, and is designed to enable full connectivity with building management systems (BMS) and IoT platforms.
THERMAG is also able to manage different fluids such as water or water mixed with glycols with high accuracy and is approved for billing according to the MID directive 2014/32/EU.
As an electromagnetic flowmeter the technology provides an accuracy of 0.8% r.v. for any conductive thermal fluid, also with any additive’s mixtures.
The valve body is DZR anticorrosive brass, and the flow sensor is made of PEEK with HC276 electrodes. Both valve and meter are integrated in an all-in-one device with a compact body, reducing installation time.
The CS611 valve can be programmed to control the flowrate according to several quantities which can be easily selected by the BMS via Ethernet port or the supported communication protocol (Modbus or BACnet). Quantities supported are flowrate, thermal power, temperature differential, inlet temperature, outlet temperature and pressure differential.
