Rotary sealing blister machine

The Noack N 921 rotary sealing blister machine from Romaco requires a minimum of space (4 m). The balcony design and servo drives improve product safety and harmonise all mechanical movements. This results in highly precise production processes at low life-cycle cost. Tool-free format changeover supports small batch sizes. The QuickFeed feeding unit, with its airglide system, enables product changes within seconds. The complete unit is manually removed for cleaning while production continues with an already prepared unit.

The Noack N 921 offers flexibility regarding blister layout and batch size. Whether for tablets, soft or hard gelatine capsules and oblongs, the N 921 offers specific blistering solutions for all applications. This includes child-resistant and senior-friendly packages as well as coldform aluminium blister and multilayer lidding solutions. The transfer of the blisters can be carried out laterally or parallel to the running direction. QuickAdjust automatically adjusts the run of the blister foils at the coding, perforation and cutting stations. During production laser detectors immediately compensate for deviations due to different materials, guaranteeing constant high blister quality.
