ABB appoints NEPEAN Conveyors as Authorized Value Provider

ABB Australia has signed NEPEAN Conveyors Queensland as an ABB Authorized Value Provider for the nationwide servicing of ABB’s Dodge range of Controlled Start Transmission (CST), Dodge gearing and electric motors.

Based in Mackay, NEPEAN Conveyors Queensland has supported the mining and aggregates industries since 1993. They have built a reputation for the design, in-house manufacture, installation and servicing of overland, underground and surface-belt conveyor systems, and bulk materials handling equipment. NEPEAN Conveyors Queensland and ABB have a two-decades-long partnership, providing bulk materials handling solutions that include both Dodge CST and ABB VSD technology. Understanding the starting and control functionality of large powered conveyor systems, including tripper drives, has been paramount to providing customers with a trouble-free solution tailored to each specific installation.
