The ITP is an intelligent printing totaliser intended primarily for liquid flow measurement. It incorporates an 8-character alphanumeric 14 mm LED display, super cap backed real-time clock, programmable K factor, working total, background accumulated total and 40-character dot impact printer. All functions of the instrument are programmable from the front panel by touch buttons with tactile feedback. Variables are stored in EEPROM non-volatile memory.

The ITP has been designed to operate with turbine, positive displacement, paddlewheel flow sensors as well as proximity and numar switches. It can be configured in the field to totalise volumes to 99,999,999 L with K factors from 0.100 to 99.999999.

The instrument also incorporates two output relays, an open collector pulse-per-litre delivered output signal, a resettable current total and non-resettable accumulated total. It has a front panel touch switch for ticket printing, which can also be controlled externally through inputs.

The printer when initiated will print the client name, job number, time of day, date and quantity delivered in litres.
