Futek LTH350 load cell with USB interface

The LTH350 load cell from Futek Advanced Sensor Technology is now available with a USB output option. The load cell provides miniature solutions for applications where space is limited. This particular miniature donut load cell is suitable for press or inline compression applications.

The module with USB output eliminates the need for an analog amplifier, power supply and display equipment, and gives the user the ability to monitor the output of the sensor and receiving measurement without concerns of noise, temperature variation or power supply requirements. The USB integration also includes the company’s basic USB software that allows users to monitor the output of the sensor in real time. Futek also offers an extended USB software for data logging capabilities and additional features.

The load cell is offered in capacities from 45 to 2250 kg. The standard load cell model is available in 17-4 stainless steel, with an ID range of 3 to 15 mm and a 24 AWG, four-conductor, spiral-shielded 3 m long Teflon cable.

The load cell offers high accuracy and high stiffness and has nonlinearity of ±0.5%. It has a deflection of 0.05 mm nominal and operating temperature of -50 to 93°C. The standard donut load cell can be modified or customised to meet your requirements.
