AVT Services has commenced production of assemblies of components used in high accuracy delivery of gases for process and research applications.
Users specify gas, flow and pressure level and control protocol (eg, LabVIEW, Profibus, DeviceNet etc), and AVT Services then designs, builds and installs the appropriate system of mass flow controllers (MFCs) interconnecting pipe work, valves and enclosures to meet the required performance specification.
Using high-quality MFCs and welded manifolds, married to a NI LabVIEW system to allow easy control, repetition and logging of procedures, the systems are highly adaptable to the operators' needs.
