The portable Cerlic Blanko sensor provides a tool for operators and process teams to not only see but record the sludge blanket profile and interface in challenging water/wastewater, industrial and mining applications.

When standing at their tank, users can simply use the backlit, push-button panel to program their desired total suspended solids (TSS) concentrations (ppm, mg/L or %) for both sludge blanket and fluff (unsettled TSS). Lower the 316SS submersible sensor into the tank and watch as the complete profile is graphed in real time with level alarms (visual, vibration and sound) for the both of the defined TSS concentrations.

Operators can datalog up to 250 samples on the device, including the sludge profile graph, in folders named and created on the fly. When returning to the office, plug the MultiTracker handheld controller into a PC to download the samples for achieving and reporting using the supplied TrackerTalk software and USB adapter.

The rugged (standard AA) battery-powered sensor is IP65 and designed to be pulled from its hard carry case, programmed (if required) and operated without having to remove protective gloves. After use, the device can simply be rinsed off under a tap.

The MultiTracker controller also accepts the OXYDUO dissolved oxygen (up to 20 mg/L) and Solido MLSS/RAS/WAS (up to 5% TSS) plug and play sensors, each with stored calibration settings and datalog files. They can be purchased at the same time or added when the application need arises.
