Anton Paar Flex-Blend blending, carbonating and dosing system
The Flex-Blend series from Anton Paar is a modular inline blending, carbonating and dosing solution. The modular frame system enables simple adaption to any installation environment and can be easily customised to fit space and measurement requirements.
The product is a closed-loop control system with high-performance and maintenance-free Anton Paar sensors such as the integrated Beer Monitor 5600. This continuously measures CO2 and alcohol/extract concentrations in real time and is connected to a control unit that ensures a permanent control of the mixing ratio and fast response to process variations and disturbances. Even if the concentrations of the starting products vary, Flex-Blend self-regulates to ensure that the CO2 and alcohol/extract concentrations at the outlet will always be correct and remain pre-verified.
