The NOSHOK 5030/5130 Series 5-valve natural gas manifolds are engineered for natural gas applications using differential pressure transmitters. The manifold design incorporates two isolation valves, two equalising valves and one vent valve, giving technicians a purpose-built solution for remote or direct installation.

Available in hard seat and soft seat/tip configurations, the 5030/5130 Series supports block, single-flange and double-flange connections. The optional Flare Pattern valve configuration angles the equalisation and vent valves to provide finger clearance during operation, supporting field handling in demanding measurement installations.

Every valve is 100% helium leak tested. The 5030 Series hard seat valves are rated to 10,000 psi at 93°C, while the 5130 Series soft seat/tip valves are rated to 6000 psi at 93°C. Soft tip models feature a patented Acetal non-rotating soft tip stem with a back-up metal-to-metal seal, plus a replaceable Acetal seat and straight-through porting on block valves for bidirectional, high-capacity flow and easy roddable cleaning.

Additional features include blow-out-proof stems, 316 stainless steel stems, rolled stem threads, FKM O-ring sealing and multiple packing, O-ring, stem tip, handle and mounting options.
