Asahi AL512 loop-powered digital indicator
The Asahi AL512 loop-powered digital indicator is available from Bestech Australia. The input for the panel-mount signal processor is 4-20 mA.
It provides a 3½ digit LED with 14.2 mm high numerals, with 1999 the maximum value that can be displayed. A negative signal automatically triggers the negative polarity sign.
Applications include any situation where 4-20 mA signals are to be displayed and require visual reading from a few metres away. With the compact design requiring low loop voltage to start up, the device is light and suitable for automotive and agricultural locations, for portable and field use. The AL512 indicator can be adapted to many industrial and commercial applications.
