Pepperl+Fuchs SC-System signal conditioners

The SC-System from Pepperl+Fuchs offers compact signal conditioners that allow interference-free communication between the control level and the field, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Interference of measuring signals is a potential problem, particularly in large plants with long transmission paths because of the use of powerful, grounded components like pumps and motors or wireless coupling through communication requirement.

Due to their high galvanic isolation, the signal conditioners of the SC-System prevent transmission and control errors between the field and control level. With a width of only 6 mm and a low height of 97 mm, the housing of the SC-System signal conditioners also reduces the required space to a minimum. The SC-System signal conditioner line is equipped with a circuit design with very low power dissipation. It can achieve greater flexibility in extended temperature ranges from -25 to +70°C. Based on high operation and test voltages of 300 V and 3 kV, the galvanically isolated signal conditioners protect personnel and equipment from damage caused by dangerous overvoltages. The user-friendly and slim design makes it a practical and economical solution, offering an extremely high packing density due to low heat dissipation.
