Schneider Electric launches electrical distribution network automation range

Schneider Electric has announced the launch of the Easergy range of products that includes solutions for electrical protection, control, monitoring and automation.

The product range provides a full digital experience, boosting operational efficiency for users. The use of digital tools, such as the customer care application, allows simplified asset management as it records data throughout the life cycle of the product.

Easergy devices include the latest technology in protection and automation, with built-in security features that help protect networks against cyberthreats.

The flagship device is the Easergy T300, a modular feeder RTU designed for connected grid applications. It delivers advanced monitoring, control and automation capabilities in a single, customisable modular package, enabling utilities to minimise supply interruptions while the grid evolves, optimising network performance and reducing operational costs.
