Weidmüller mounting-rail outlets for RJ45, fibre optic and USB
Weidmüller has released a family of mounting-rail outlets for RJ45, fibre optic and USB applications.
The RJ45 outlet is constructed using heavy gold plating and features a large contact surface area to ensure a more reliable connection. It is designed as a patching, terminating and access solution for ethernet field devices to the control system cabinet, or as a connection point for PLC/HMI controller programming ports.
The RJ45 is modular with a width of 17.5 mm, helping to save on space. It can also be easily used in any size project by both telecommunication and IT technicians, saving installation time and costs.
The RJ45 mounting-rail outlet is approved for copper ethernet cables rated to Cat6A and is IEC60603-7 wiring standard compliant.
Other models include fibre-optic couplings for SC, SCRJ, LC duplex, and ST simplex in the singlemode and multimode versions and USB coupling for type-A plugs.
