The Olympus EPOCH600 digital ultrasonic flaw detector is a compact portable flaw detection instrument with an intuitive user-friendly interface. It offers a range of dynamic features that can tackle virtually any application.
Having been designed for rugged working conditions, the highly durable instrument is suitable for any inspection environment - from benchtop testing to extreme outdoor weather - and utilises a full VGA colour display providing high readability in all lighting conditions.
The product is designed to meet the requirements of EN12668-1. It employs the company’s PerfectSquare tunable square wave pulser with 2 kHz PRF for rapid scanning. It also features a 2 GB MicroSD memory card for data transfers and storage, and a USB port for PC communication and direct printing.
