Military-grade, UL-recognised and VDE-approved plastic connectors with metal coupling system are now available from element14 Australia.

UTG Metalok Bantam plastic industrial circular connectors with metal couplings are a range of multiway connectors which act as a one-stop shop solution to the need for lightweight, robust circular connectors.

They are available in eight shell sizes, 11 insert arrangements all intermateable, interchangeable and intermountable with the Trim-Trio UT0 and UTP industrial connector families. The housings can accept either machined, two-piece or coaxial contacts as a pin or socket insert. IP65 sealing can be achieved with the environmental hood and ‘O’ ring panel seal.

The range is safety approved, certified and tested according to a UL recognised standard. Furthermore, the 3- and 7-way connectors in the series have VDE approval.
