The Tektronix TBS1062 digital storage oscilloscope offers affordable performance in a compact design. It includes USB connectivity, 16 automated measurements, built-in waveform limit testing, data logging and context-sensitive help.
It features a 60 MHz bandwidth and two channels, up to 1 GS/s sample rate on all channels and a 2.5k point record length per channel. Advanced triggers are available including pulse width trigger and line-selectable video trigger.
