The Tektronix TBS1000 digital storage oscilloscope series provides affordable performance in a compact design. It offers ease-of-use features including 16 automated measurements, built-in waveform limit testing, a probe check wizard and multiple language user interfaces.
The range features 150, 100, 60, 40 and 25 MHz bandwidth models with up to two channels.
A sampling rate of up to 1 GS/s is available on all channels, as well as a 2.5k point record length per channel. Advanced triggers include a pulse width trigger and line-selectable video trigger.
The oscilloscopes come with a 5-year warranty, and are easy to learn and simple to operate.
