Olympus ultrasonic high-temperature probe for 38DL and 26MG
TechRentals has introduced the Olympus ultrasonic high-temperature probe for 38DL and 26MG into its test and measurement rental fleet.
The ultrasonic probe increases the operating temperature range for the Olympus 38DL and 26MG to 500ºC.
The Olympus transducer is held against the test piece for 5 s once a couplant has been applied. Then the freeze button on the meter is pressed to hold the displayed value, followed by a 60 s cooling period prior to the next measurement.
The probe has a 7.9 mm tip diameter and an operating temperature range of -25 to 500ºC.
