IEI IMBA-3600AM2 industrial motherboard

The IEI IMBA-3600AM2 is an ATX form factor industrial motherboard with an AMD Socket AM2 Processor and HyperTransport technology supported. The board has a built-in NVIDIA MCP55Pro (NFP-3600) supporting 28 configurable PCI express lanes.

The IMBA-3600AM2 also supports AMD Athlon 64, Athlon 64 x2, AMD 64 Opteron and AMD Sempron 200/400/600/800/1000 MHz processors and four DDR2 DIMM sockets up to 8 GB.

This server-grade motherboard features six SATA II interfaces with RAID 0, 1, 0+1, 5 and JBOD support, two COM ports, eight USB 2.0 ports, one IDE interface and two PS/2. In addition, this full function board has an onboard Realtek ALC883 HD audio CODEC and a Type I/II compact flash socket.

The IMBA-3600AM2 has one PCIe x16 (x8 single) and five PCIe x4 expansion slots for flexible PCIe applications.

This industrial motherboard has an operating temperature of 0 to 60  °C and a software programmable watchdog timer, as well as dual LAN interfaces supporting failover or load balancing.
