Backplane Systems ASB200-882 embedded system
Backplane Systems Technology has released the ASB200-882, an Intel Atom-based compact, fanless embedded system.
The ASB200-882 is designed for the IB882 Intel Atom 3.5" disk-size single board computer, with Z510 processor running 1.1 GHz on a 400 MHz front side bus, or Z530 processor running 1.6 GHz on a 533 MHz front side bus.
The ASB200-882 features a black fanless enclosure. The front-side connectors are for two USB ports and audio functions, while the rear has two USB ports, VGA, PS/2 keyboard/mouse, four COM ports, two LAN ports and a DC-in jack. This compact size system also features a 2.5" HDD and an 80 W AC adapter and is desktop or wall mountable. It is compact in size at only 240 mm wide and 54.8 mm high, with a depth of 162 mm, making it suitable for mobile applications.
