Pepperl+Fuchs VisuNetXT ruggedised panel PC

VisuNet XT, a standard ruggedised panel PC for the oil and gas industry, has been equipped with an update. Based on customer feedback, features have been incorporated into the VisuNet XT.

The VisuNet XT is ruggedised and is also suitable for cold environments. The implementation of additional heaters allows the use of this rugged panel PC in cold weather applications down to -40°C. It has an overall temperature range of -40 to +65°C.

Other additions are the military-style connectors with Type A USB and RJ45 Ethernet interfaces. These interfaces are ATEX and IECEx approved. This connection makes the unit easier to set up and disconnect when moving from location to location as drillers typically do.

The front USB Type A interface for explosion-protected memory sticks is now available. These types of memory sticks are used to load software, act as a software activation key and extract data. VisuNet XT stores data on a fast solid-state disk (SSD).
