Emerson in Australia passes pressure management sales and support to partner network

Effective 1 December 2017, Emerson’s Australian Local Business Partner (LBP) network, Western Process Controls, Pacific Controls and Centralian Controls, will lead and facilitate all sales and support in Australia for all of Emerson’s pressure management products, including Anderson Greenwood & Crosby pressure relief valves, tank protection products and regulators.

During November, the Final Control Management Team has been working with Emerson key account representatives and the LBP network to effectively communicate the new direction.

Emerson’s pressure management business units’ existing Australian distributor network will be realigned with this shift of product portfolio to the LBP network. However, some product will remain with existing distributors, specifically:

  • Pressure and safety systems – Kunkle
  • Australian valve and engineering – Bailey
  • Prochem – Anderson-Greenwood Instrumentation

For the aforementioned distributors and referenced products business will continue as usual.

The LBP network will be supported in Australia by a dedicated pressure management support team. For all current purchase orders, Emerson Automation Solutions Australia will remain the point of contact for order and delivery support until final completion.

The Australian LBP network has represented Emerson in Australia for over 30 years and Emerson is confident in its ability to extend these capabilities to support its extended pressure management product range in Australia.
