Bestech acquires Measurement Solutions Australia
Bestech Australia has announced the acquisition of Measurement Solutions, a supplier of process instrumentation and pressure relief solutions to the chemical, process, oil and gas, pharmaceutical and mining sectors across Australia.
The acquisition forms part of what Bestech says is its strategic expansion that aims to broaden its technology portfolio, enhance engineering capability, and deliver deeper national support for customers. Measurement Solutions brings a strong suite of specialised process instrumentation products that complement Bestech’s existing range of sensors, instrumentation and technical solutions.
“Measurement Solutions has built an excellent reputation for technical knowledge and customer service in the process industry,” said Wirhan Prationo, Bestech Australia. “By integrating their portfolio with our national engineering team, extensive sales force, and strong operational infrastructure, we are positioned to deliver even more value to customers across Australia and New Zealand.”
The Measurement Solutions team will operate as normal to ensure continuity for customers, suppliers and principals. All existing services, product supply and support will continue without interruption.
“This is a natural evolution for Measurement Solutions,” said Peter Townend, Managing Director of Measurement Solutions Australia. “I am impressed by the scale of the Bestech portfolio, its engineering strength and strong market presence, which makes it the ideal organisation to take this portfolio forward. I am confident that our customers and principals will experience significant benefits from this transition.”
Bestech and Measurement Solutions say they will work closely with customers and principals over the coming months to ensure a smooth transition and to support the expanded product and service offering.
