IICA Melbourne Technical Evening 2016

The IICA Melbourne Technical Evening will hear from CSIRO speaker Mike Millen on the topic of 'Real Time Analysis for Mining and Minerals Industry 2016'.
Millen's presentation will focus on industry challenges and how real-time measurement forms part of a solution, as well as briefly touch on technology commercialisation. CSIRO's On-Line Analysis (OLA) research group is involved in the development of advanced online measurement and sensing technologies applicable to the mining, mineral processing and security industries. The group has successfully developed and commercialised several analysis systems in recent years.
Attendees can also hear from an engineering student from the University of Melbourne who will present on 'Adaptive Landing Gears on Quadcopters'.
This event, which will take place from 6–8 pm, is free for IICA members, with a small entrance fee for non-members.
