Madison Technologies distributes Control Solutions gateways

Madison Technologies has announced an exclusive distribution partnership with Control Solutions, to provide a range of Babel Buster industrial protocol gateway products across Australia and New Zealand.

The Babel Buster range of protocol gateways provides IoT compatibility to ordinary equipment by working as a site SNMP trap receiver that converts Modbus to SNMP, or SNMP to Modbus, and puts them into a Modbus register. This technology gives users instant access to a wide range of machine learning and AI capabilities, data storage and analytics, and a variety of event handling and notification capabilities.

Control Solutions of Minnesota has developed a range of networked control products that fit with Madison Technologies’ specialist markets, including building automation, industrial facility management and commercial automation.

“Control Solutions is a credible manufacturer with over 30 years of combined engineering experience in automation and control,” said Paul Calabro, CEO of Madison Technologies. “Our partnership with Control Solutions will provide our customers with a high quality, reliable and cost-effective solution for products requiring intercommunication across various protocols. We are proud to be distributing the range to our customers.”

As well as easy conversion between Modbus and SNMP, the Babel Buster gateway range includes easy configuration through web-based configuration pages and the ability to manipulate data, establishing criteria for urgent and non-urgent alarms.
