Fluid Metering CTS chemical treatment system
The CTS chemical treatment system from Fluid Metering is designed to accurately deliver caustic soda and other pH adjusting chemicals for treatment of water and wastewater. The use of caustic soda serves to raise the pH of well water which, untreated, is typically acidic and damaging to distribution system piping. -
Caustic soda injection pump
Fluid Metering’s caustic soda pump uses a valveless piston technology to avoid the problems associated with caustic soda crystallisation. A single rotating and reciprocating ceramic piston accomplishes both the pumping and valving functions, thereby eliminating the need for check valves and the associated maintenance. -

Valveless chlorination system
Accurately metering liquid sodium hypochlorite presents a unique challenge because of the fluid’s tendency to out-gas. Many conditions, including elevated temperatures, exposure to UV radiation and cavitation, and contact with metallic and organic impurities, tend to increase sodium hypochlorite out-gassing. -

Quadraplex pump controller

The series QPC has five inputs allowing the four outputs to operate properly even if one of the inputs fails to open or close. Four LED indicators show the load that is energised by the SPST output contacts. -
