  • Kistler Staiger Mohilo NCF-H servo-driven press spindle
    The Kistler Staiger Mohilo NCF-H is the latest model in the Kistler range of servo-driven press spindles. The NCF-H is built with a hollow shaft motor, allowing a compact design for the press spindle. The integrated piezoelectric force sensor allows extreme overload situations and dual range operation.
  • Tolomatic ERD electric rod-style actuators
    Tolomatic ERD electric rod-style actuators are designed as an electric alternative to pneumatic cylinders. They can deliver forces up to 334 N at speeds up to 1016 mm/s. ERD actuators are stroke configurable and are suitable for a wide variety of applications, including product changeovers, pick-and-place, sorting and diverting, and heat-staking.
  • Tolomatic ICR linear SmartActuator with reverse-parallel motor
    Tolomatic’s ICR linear rod-style SmartActuator is available with a reverse-parallel mounted motor. With the motor mounted on top of the actuator instead of inline, the length of the total package is reduced, giving the actuator greater versatility and performance in industrial motion-control applications.
  • Tolomatic IMA integrated-motor rod-style actuator
    Tolomatic’s integrated-motor rod-style actuator (IMA) is now capable of delivering up to 14.6 kN of force when equipped with the roller-screw option. The actuator incorporates a hollow-core rotor and skewed motor windings into its servomotor design for a compact package with increased dynamic performance and service life compared to traditional rod-style actuators. The integrated motor design is suitable for applications such as pressing, clamping, valve control, spot welding and volumetric filling.

  • Electric linear actuator
    The integrated-motor actuator (IMA) from Tolomatic combines a servomotor with Tolomatic’s rod-style actuator in a compact package. The IMA’s integrated design provides higher dynamic performance by eliminating the need for separate motors, couplers, motor mounts, gearing and belts. The result is reduced component costs, assembly time and failure points.

  • Linear actuators
    The Linmot linear actuators were originally conceived to replace air cylinders where more than two positions were needed. Rated speeds over 3 m/s and peak forces up to 585 N are available now, with a 1200 N model coming later this year.

  • Linear DC servomotor
    The LM 1247 series linear DC servomotor by Faulhaber, with dimensions as small as 12.5 x 47 mm and a weight of merely 56 g, can produce a peak force of up to 9.4 N at full power. The standard product has a stroke length of 20 mm and is optionally available up to 80 mm.
