  • Siemens Sitrans WW300 weighfeeder
    Siemens has developed a heavy-duty weighfeeder for high capacities up to 800 TPH (tons per hour). The Sitrans WW300 weighfeeder is designed to provide consistent and accurate results in the control of continuous in-line weighing and feeding applications. The area of application ranges from agricultural to the cement industry.
  • Amalgamated Instrument TP4-WT4 load cell monitor
    The TP4-WT4 monitor is designed to be suitable for silo weighting/contents display, weighbridges or other applications where multiple load cells or pressure transducers are used. The TP4-WT4 accepts up to four independent inputs from load cells, pressure transducers or other strain bridge transducers. Each channel can be individually calibrated.
  • Belt scales
    Milltronics MSI and MMI belt scales are now available for use on systems with flow rates of up to 12,000 t/h - an increase of 7000 t/h.
  • Weight controller
    Hardy Instruments’ HI 4050 weight controller is now available factory installed in a stainless steel (NEMA 4x) enclosure. It can be configured as a blind unit or with a keyboard and display. A load cell summing board or intrinsic barrier assembly can be added to eliminate the need for a system junction box or for use in hazardous class I, II, DIV II applications.
  • Load cells
    The model 1312/1392 shear-web tension/compression load cells from BCM Sensor are alloy steel (1312) and stainless steel (1392) load cells with protection up to an IP66 standard. The 1312 is also nickel plated. They can measure in either tension or compression, and applications for these load cells include hopper scales and vehicles scales.
  • Loadcell weighing system
    Hi-Weigh Australia has released a loadcell weighing system. The system comprises four stainless steel weigh modules, each fitted with an IP68 stainless steel loadcell, stainless steel sealed junction box and a digital weight display, which can take many output options.
  • Weight data logging scale
    Nuweigh Australia has released a weight data logging scale for quality assurance checking in the processing area. The JAC 320 scale is portable and manufactured for washdown areas where accuracy of weight readings is essential.
  • Continuous weighing system
    The Ronan continuous weighing system consists of a measuring frame, source holder, detector, cable and electronic unit. The measuring frame is available in ‘A’ and ‘O’ frame configurations depending on the physical characteristics of the conveyer. Both source holder and detector are integral parts of the measuring frame. An interconnect cable connects the detector to the remotely mounted electronic unit. This unit can be located at a distance up to 1650 m from the detector. Electronic packages include panel mount, rackmount, surface mount, NEMA type 4 and NEMA type 4X enclosures.
  • Rated weight indicator
    The X320 is an extreme environment IP68/IP69K rated weight indicator.
