Fieldbus safety valve controller
The Neles ValvGuard VG9000F for Foundation Fieldbus is claimed to be the first TÜV-approved (SIL3) Foundation Fieldbus (FF) safety valve controller to appear on the market. It combines the benefits of FF communication with the Neles ESD valve range to provide a new level of integrity and safety.
Status changes are delivered automatically through FF-communication. Real-time alarm management is incorporated, and there is no need for external wiring or I/O cards. Internal limit switches and high pneumatic capacity give increased reliability and higher cost efficiency.
