The Adam-4022T temperature PID controller supports both BACnet and Modbus protocols. This protocol flexibility combined with the built-in thermistor input, makes the Adam-4022T suitable for advanced building automation solutions.

Depending on the application requirements, users can either select the Modbus or BACnet.

The built-in 10 K thermistor input means a separate transmitter will not be necessary. To reduce the number of I/O modules, the two control loops can be changed through the software to function as PID controllers or simple I/O interfaces. The bundled software can also be used to set the PID parameters.

The compact design of the Adam family saves space, and has flexible mounting options like wall, panel, piggyback, cabinets and DIN rails. The PID output values can be interlocked with onboard emergency digital inputs to automatically switch to a preset safety value in the case of an emergency.
