Brady Australia has released an Adjustable Gate Valve Lockout. This device eliminates the need to buy three or more gate valve lockout devices as it is capable of adjusting to fit multiple size gates. The design ensures that the gate valve is completely enclosed, for greater worker safety and tamper prevention.
The durable, non-conductive polypropylene construction resists cracking and abrasion and can withstand temperatures from -45 to 182°C. It locks out valves from 25 to 165 mm. The adjustable gate valve lockout accepts any Brady padlocks and has instructions imprinted on the side for a safe, effective lockout. The device is available in red or yellow and comes with a danger label.
