Omnidirectional code reader

The ICR803 is an omnidirectional code reader in a compact housing. It is intended for applications in which objects must be identified in any alignment but there is only limited mounting space for the reading device.

Whether a bar code, a 2D code, OCR plain writing or pure image capture - the ICR803 can de-tect and evaluate the most varied of labels omnidirectionally, ie, in any orientation.

LED illumination, the latest imaging technology and a choice of USB or RS232 interface - everything that the device needs for reading is already integrated in the housing of just 49 x 40 x 25 mm. No external decoder, illumination or interface adapter is required.

The ICR803 is reliable in operation, because the code reader - designed for stationary use - contains no moving parts that can fail, become misaligned or age.

This makes the ICR803 the ideal identification solution for, among others, analysers and small automatic systems, or handling and robot systems.
