The turbine wheel flowmeter type DPE operates according to the well-known blade wheel principle. Numerous liquid media of low viscosity, ranging from distilled water to fuels, alcohol and various chemicals can be monitored with this robust measuring instrument. The measuring instrument has a low rate of wear due to the high-quality sapphire stone bearing used. Rotational motion is transmitted by magnets in a non-contacting manner.

The devices with connecting thread are available with six measuring ranges from 5-30 L/min to 50-750 L/min. Models can be supplied with weldable connecting sleeves in four nominal sizes from DN 25 to DN 80. A maximum pressure of 40 bar and temperatures up to 80°C are permitted.

Different evaluating electronics mean that the measuring instrument can be adapted to suit all applications. The ADI electronic analyser is particularly flexible and sophisticated. It provides a range of options including clear local indication, power supply and outputs for analog and switching signals.

The turbine wheel flowmeter DPE with its robust construction and protection type IP65 is suitable for tasks in the fields of cooling water monitoring, general mechanical engineering, sewage technology and the heavy goods and chemical industries.
