Yokogawa Australia partners with Applied Analytics to expand analyser system capabilities
Yokogawa Australia has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Applied Analytics to distribute its range of process analysers in Australia and New Zealand.
Applied Analytics (AAI) manufactures online UV-Vis and NIR absorbance spectrometers typically for real-time concentration measurements of target chemicals in liquid and gas process streams. Along with the analysers, Applied Analytics also designs bespoke sample conditioning panels for optimum systems performance. AAI’s OMA series and TLG-837 analysers will be distributed in addition to Yokogawa’s range of solutions that already include gas chromatographs (GC8000), non-dispersive infrared (IR202) spectrometers and tuneable diode laser instruments (TDLS8000).
“This partnership with AAI strengthens our position as leading providers of process analyser solutions,” said Russell Palmer, managing director of Yokogawa Australia. “We are excited to work with AAI and its experienced team, and this synergy’s goal is to support our customers in demanding process analyses.”
Company leaders said that this partnership improves Yokogawa’s competitiveness and its ability to deliver multistream, multicomponent analytical systems with less project risk and shorter execution time. The partnership also provides Yokogawa with the ability to extend its process measurement, automation and safety solutions to a broader customer base, especially in non-traditional markets such as mining, water treatment and gas distribution.
