Controlsoft becomes Zi-Argus

Tuesday, 01 July, 2008

Following on from the acquisition of Controlsoft by Zi-Argus in May 2007, Controlsoft will change its name to Zi-Argus effective 1 July 2008.

“The new name will better reflect Controlsoft’s position in the Pacific region as part of the Zi-Argus global network,” said Peter McMahon, director sales and marketing.

The Melbourne-based business will continue to provide technology-based industrial automation solutions and services to its customers throughout the Asia–Pacific region.

The business will also continue to strongly focus on its core competencies in MES, S88, SCADA, PLC and electrical design applications.
